Spectator Information

Autograph Policy

The PGA TOUR has established the following guidelines regarding autographs: No autographs are permitted once a player begins a competitive round, Friday to Sunday. A player may elect to sign autographs prior to, or at the conclusion, of his round.

 

On-Site Restrictions

  • The PGA TOUR will continue its normal security policies and expand screenings to ALL patrons, sponsors, volunteers, media and vendors attending or working at all events (full list of prohibited items can be found here)

  • No food or beverages, containers, coolers, backpacks, or other large bags are permitted at the Chubb Classic. Food and drink will be available at concessions stands throughout the course. Beer will be available for purchase with proper identification.

  • Cellular phones are permitted but must be silent; no rings, alerts or other sounds (mobile phone policy can be found here)

 

First Aid

The First Aid station is located on the clubhouse fitness center lawn. In the event of an accident or injury, proceed to the First Aid station, contact a volunteer marshal or the Tournament Office, and explain the nature of the injury or illness; they will contact First Aid to assist you.

Handicap Access

Handicapped parking is available in the General Admission Parking Lot. Handicapped shuttles are available and will drop off patrons at the Tournament’s Main Entrance. There will be an 18th Green viewing area accessible to patrons with disabilities.
